More hunger games

One issue we've been dealing with in WV has to do with changes to the SNAP (formerly known as food stamp) program for adults without dependents. Here's a good summary of the changing scene from the Washington Post. And here's my favorite quote from the piece:

Remember when probably MOST of the people on food stamps weren't working??

Now pay is so crappy that the gov't has to subsidize their shitty wages??

What's next? Are we all going to have to pay the companies in order to work for them instead of vice versa?
