El Cabrero has a daughter, known herein as La Cabrita.
She is a fairly sane person, except once a year.
That would be Halloween, when she pulls out all the stops.
Compared with it, she says, "Every other holiday is just blow hole."
"When else can you be whoever or whatever you want to be?"
