Poor folks deserve a hot meal the same as the wealthy, regardless of their economic input into our oppressive capitalist systems. <br /><br />A meal should be a human right, and playing these sorts of word games just moves the needle for that argument in the wrong direction. It steps the entire conversation across a moral like that is drawn by the haves and pulls the have-nots and their allies across the schoolyard into the fight at a place chosen by the bullies.<br /><br />It's not a good strategy, and I hope you re-frame the context of this argument in the future as this horrible legislation of starvation moves forward.
